柴麻复脉汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成脾虚湿阻证临床研究
Clinical observation of Chaima Fumai decoction in treating lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaima Fumai decoction in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(LDVT)with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with LDVT with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome were randomly divided in-to a control group and a treatment group,with 30 patients in each group,using a simple randomization method based on a random number table.On the basis of general treatment,the control group received oral administration of Willi-tan,while the treatment group received oral administration of Chaima Fumai decoction for a course of 3 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,vascular recanalization rate,skin temperature of the lower extremities,the circumference of the lower limb,WBC,coagulation function indicators(FIB,D-D)and hemorheology(whole blood reduced viscosity and plasma viscosity indicators)were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,vascular recanalization rate,skin temperature of the lower extremities,the circumference of the lower limb,WBC,coagulation function indicators(FIB,D-D)and hemorheology were significantly improved in both groups,the improvement in all indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaima Fumai decoction has good efficacy in the treatment of LDVT,can improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduce inflammation,improve coagulation function and hemorheology,and has good safety.关键词
