气机升降在心力衰竭辨治中的运用
Discussion on the Application of Qi Mechansim in Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
In the heart failure disease,the majority treat the disease from the deficiency in origin and the enrichment in symp-tom,but the theory of"Qi mechanism"has not yet been valued.The traditional Chinese medicine held that"All diseases arise from Qi",and treating diseases by adjusting the rise and fall of Qi mechansim is the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)charac-teristic.Combining with the rise and fall of Qi mechansim,this thesis states the changes of Qi mechanism in physiology and pa-thology of heart failure from the aspects of"Zang-fu""San-jiao",and discusses the impact of Qi mechanism in the occurrence and development of heart failure,which provides a new idea for the treatment of heart failure with TCM.关键词
