祛风散结汤联合中药熏蒸治疗神经性皮炎疗效研究
Curative effect of Qufeng Sanjie decoction combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in treatment of neurodermatitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Qufeng Sanjie decoction combined with Chinese medi-cine fumigation in the treatment of neurodermatitis and the influence on Th1/Th2 cytokines,Substance P(SP)and monoamine oxidase(MAO)in peripheral blood of patients.Methods:90 patients with neurodermatitis were selected and divided into a control group and a study group using a digital table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with chlorhexidine propionate cream,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,oral Chinese medicine combined with chlorhexidine propionate cream.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare the EASI score,VAS score,DLQI score,peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokine levels,ser-um SP,MAO levels,and overall efficacy between two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,EASI,VAS and DLQI scores of the study group were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IFN-γand IL-2 in study group and control group were increased,while the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were decreased(all P<0.05).Serum IFN-γand IL-2 levels of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,and serum IL-4 and IL-5 levels were significantly lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SP and MAO levels in the study group and the control group were decreased,and the serum SP and MAO levels in the study group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Sanjie decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and clobetasol propionate cream in the treatment of ND can shorten the course of the disease,significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the quality of life of patients,and the drug is safe.关键词
