基于"心脾相关"论治快速性心律失常合并焦虑
Discussion on the treatment of tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety based on the theory of"heart-spleen correlation"
摘要
Abstract
The tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety is a common dual cardiac disorder in clinical practice.The concept of"heart-spleen correlation"in traditional Chinese medicine has significant guiding significance for the treatment of this disease.This article,based on the theory of"heart-spleen correlation"to explores the etiology and pathogenesis of tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety from the perspectives of the generation of heart and spleen in the five elements,the connection of qi and blood,and the harmony of spirit and will.It proposes that the imbalance of qi and blood is the intrinsic basis for the occurrence and development of the disease,with phlegm,stasis,stagnation,and heat being the main pathological factors of tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety.In treatment,it advocates for the joint treatment of the heart and spleen,the coordination of qi and blood,and individualized approaches,providing new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety.关键词
