基于圆运动理论探析胃癌前病变的病机与治疗
Discussion of the pathogenesis and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions based on circular motion theory
摘要
Abstract
Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)represent the pathological process of gastric mucosal epithelial transformation to gastric cancer.This includes chronic atrophic gastritis and its underlying intestinal epithe-lial hyperplasia,heterogeneous hyperplasia,and carcinoma in situ.In accordance with the tenets of modern Chinese medicine,the pivotal point in preventing the transformation of"inflammation-cancer"is the regulation of the Qi ele-vation of internal organs,which is in alignment with the theory of"circular motion".This paper elucidates the etiolo-gy and pathogenesis of PLGC in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of qi elevation and the circular movement of the four dimensions,which is conceptualized as"the middle jiao is like an axis,and the four dimensions are like wheels".The treatment of PLGC is based on the guiding principle of"regulating the middle jiao,taking into consideration of the four dimensions,transporting axes to move wheels,and transporting wheels to repeat the axes".The objective of this study is to present novel approaches to the treatment and prevention of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.关键词
