摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(18 β-glycyrrhetinic acid,18 β-gly)on lung in-jury and inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1 β in hemorrhagic shock rats.Methods SD Female rats were randomLy divided into 5 groups:sham operation group,model group,18 β-Gly/low dose group,18 β-Gly/medium dose group and 18 β-Gly/high dose group.After 18 β-glycyrrhetinic acid pretreatment,the rat model of hemorrhagic shock was made by femoral artery bloodlet.The wet/dry ratio of lung tissue,pathological morphological changes of lung tissue,and expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-1 β in blood and alveolar lavage fluid were detected.Results Compared with model group,the lung wet/dry ratio in 18β-Gly/high-dose group(4.409±0.062)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The expressions of TNF-α and IL-1 β in blood and alveolar lavage fluid of 18 β-Gly/medium dose group and 18 β-Gly/high dose group were significantly de-creased(P<0.05).HE showed that pathological damage was significantly reduced in the 18 β-Gly/medium dose and 18 β-Gly/high dose groups compared with the model group.Conclusion 18 β-Gly can alleviate pulmonary edema and pathological damage of lung tissue in hemorrhagic shock rats,and decrease the expression of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and IL-1 β in blood and alveolar lavage fluid.
