基于"虚气留滞"理论探讨线粒体质量控制失衡对特发性肺纤维化的影响
The effect of mitochondrial quality control imbalance on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis based on the theory of"Xuqi stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is an insidious,chronically progressive,irreversible,diffuse lung disease with no clear cause,which has a poor prognosis and a high mortality rate.The accumulation of active sub-stances on the cell surface promotes IPF to some extent.And mitochondrial quality control(MQC)is the key to the accumulation of active substances.MQC imbalance causes inflammatory factors to accumulate and attack damaged mitochondria,leading to dysregulation of mitochondrial homeostasis,which results in the accumulation of damaged mitochondria,and consequently the deposition of reactive substances.Xuqi stagnation refers to the deficiency of Yuanqi and the malfunction of Qi-transformation which leads to the toxicity that stays in the body and damages the internal organs.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that IPF is based on the Qi deficiency of"lung,heart,spleen and kidney",and the obstruction of Qi-transformation leads to the accumulation of water and fluid to produce patho-logical products such as water,phlegm-turbidity,blood stasis,etc.as the symptoms.Therefore,"Xuqi stagnation"is the basic pathogenesis of IPF.Mitochondria has a high degree of physiopathological similarity to Qi and is one of the microscopic manifestations of Qi.The role of MQC is similar to the function of Qi.Currently,modulating MQC im-balance to improve IPF has become the focus of research efforts.Therefore,the author combines the disease mecha-nism of"Xuqi stagnation"with the imbalance of MQC by taking images and comparing them with analogies,together with the modern medical understanding of MQC,to explore the correlation between the two and to establish the basic treatment principle of"supporting and replenishing the deficiency to treat the root of the disease and promoting stag-nation and resolving stasis to treat the symptoms",in order to provide further perspectives for clinical Chinese medi-cine to treat IPF in the future.关键词
