基于"燥伤肺络"理论探析肺纤维化
To explore pulmonary fibrosis based on the theory of"dryness and injury to the lung meridian"

Abstract
The theory of"dryness damaging the lung meridian"is proposed based on the physiological charac-teristics of the lungs and the pathogenic characteristics of dryness.The lung lobes are delicate and prefer to be clear and moist,but dislike dryness.The lung meridians are scattered between the lung lobes,and their function of promo-ting and descending can regulate the metabolism of water and fluids.External infection of dryness and evil,or internal injury of heat and fire,can easily invade the lung lobes,cause fluid loss,and damage the lung meridians.From the per-spective of the pathogenesis,the entry of pathogenic factors into the meridians,coupled with the stagnation of fluid and blood,persists for a long time without healing,which is consistent with the characteristic of"prolonged disease entering the meridians"in the theory of collateral diseases.It is also consistent with the insidious onset and prolonged course of pulmonary fibrosis,which is difficult to cure.The article further elaborates on the pathogenic characteristics of dry pathogens and the mechanism changes of lung meridian damage,the formation characteristics of the"dry inju-ry lung meridian"mechanism,and the theoretical guidance of"dry injury lung meridian"for the prevention and treat-ment of pulmonary fibrosis,providing ideas for the subsequent basic research on the pathogenic characteristics of dry pathogens in pulmonary fibrosis,and providing theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of pulmonary fibrosis under the influence of dry pathogens.关键词
