国人饮茶与食管癌关系的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Relationship between Tea-drinking and Esophageal Cancer in Chinese Population
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between tea drinking and esophageal cancer in Chinese population.Methods The literature related to tea drinking and esophageal cancer published in Chinese and foreign databases was searched by computer from 1990 to 2023,and the literature meeting the requirements was selected.Stata 17.0 software was used for consistency test,random effects model was adopted,and the OR value and 95%CI were combined.Results A total of 35 retrospective studies were included,including 10 062 cases in the case group and 18 009 cases in the control group.The combined OR value and 95%CI were 0.725(0.595～0.883).The results of sensitivity analysis and publication bias detection confirm that the results of this study are stable and reliable.Conclusion Tea drinking is a protective factor for esophageal cancer in Chinese population,and tea drinking can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer.关键词
