基于"痰瘀伏邪,蕴结成毒"理论防治冠心病思路探析

Abstract
In recent years,the number of cardiovascular diseases is still increasing year by year,and the incidence of coro nary heart disease is the highest.The core pathogenesis of this disease is weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin,which causes metabolic dysfunction of the body and produces pathological products of phlegm and blood stasis,which can be hidden in the hu man body for several years and can be prolonged and difficult to cure.The course of onset is consistent with the characteristic o latent evil onset covertly.Further more,the course of coronary heart disease is long,latent evil of phlegm and blood stasis throughout the disease,and phlegm and blood stasis in the body can accumulate heat and produce poison for a long time.There fore,the author elaborated the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary heart disease based on the theory of"Tanyu Fuxie,Yunjie Chengdu",combined with the research progress of modern medicine on the pathological mechanism of this disease,analyzed the correlation between latent evil of phlegm and blood stasis and coronary heart disease,and elaborated that the theory of"Tanyu Fuxie,Yunjie Chengdu"has an important position in disease prevention and treatment.Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and reducing turbidity,combined with clearing heat and detoxifying Chinese medicine treatment satisfactory clinical effect can be obtained,aiming at providing a new idea for the treatment of coronary heart disease by tradition al Chinese medicine.关键词
