岐黄学者李廷荃临床"阴火"之思辨
Qihuang scholar LI Tingquan's speculation on clinical"Yin fire"
摘要
Abstract
The theory of"Yin fire"is LI Dongyuan's creative academic point of view,but it is a pity that it has not been clearly explained,which leads to endless debate about the true meaning of"Yin fire"in later generations.By studying the exposition of Dongyuan and combining with the academic thought of professor LI Tingquan,a scholar of Qihuang,the author makes a simple discussion on the origin,diagnosis and treatment of Yin fire.Deficiency of spleen and stomach is the root cause of Yin fire,deficiency and fire,hyperactivity and fire,depression and fire are the essence of its formation.The fire caused by qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and qi depression can also be classified as Yin fire,which is mainly caused by the fire of the monarch phase.In the treatment,professor Li takes replenishing qi and in-vigorating the spleen,rising yang and dispelling fire as the method,and can be supplemented by the methods of strengthening water to make fire,sweet and warm to remove fire,soothing the liver and purging fire.关键词
