国外人工智能立法现状、特点及启示
Current Status,Characteristics,and Legislative Suggestions of Foreign Artificial Intelligence Legislation
摘要
Abstract
At present,the rapid development of a new generation of artificial intelligence technology has led to systematic innovation and iterative evolution in various fields of economy and society,which has not only promoted the improvement of social productivity,but also caused many risks and challenges.Major countries and regions in the world have adopted legislation as an important means of artificial intelligence governance.This paper mainly combs and analyzes the status quo and significant characteristics of artificial intelligence legislation in major countries and regions such as the United States,the European Union and the United Kingdom.On this basis,it analyzes and summarizes the key issues such as legislative goals,legislative space,legislative difficulties and legislative paths that need to be focused on in China's artificial intelligence legislation,and puts forward relevant suggestions on China's artificial intelligence legislation.关键词
