Global Experience in Building Leading Startup Ecosystem and Implications for China:Based on The Global Startup Ecosystem Report 2024

Abstract
Innovation and entrepreneurship is the main driving force for the development of science,technology and innovation in a country or region,and a sound startup ecosystem can provide an environment conducive to the development of science,technology and innovation capabilities for startups.Based on the report'The Global Startup Ecosystem Report 2024'published by the research institute Startup Genome as an example,this paper selects Silicon Valley,New York,London,Tel Aviv and Singapore as the research targets,and summaries their innovative practices in terms of financial support,innovation network construction and talent attraction by analyzing their typical practices and successful experiences.Based on China's experience,it puts forward a series of recommendations aimed at promoting the construction and development of China's entrepreneurial ecosystem:enhanced support for startups,establishment of network cooperation mechanisms in regions with a high concentration of tech firms,innovative high-quality tech talent attraction programs.关键词
