Abstract
With the vigorous development of modern art,the creators'thoughts continue to change,no longer satisfied with the use of traditional clay glaze materials for creation,they began to explore and experiment with new ceramic materials,and ceramic art performance is more diversified.Foamed ceramics as a new ceramic material,has a unique texture.Ordina-ry ceramic materials will shrink after firing,but the difference is that the ceramics with added foaming material will expand and bubble to different degrees within the melting temperature range,resulting in porous features similar to sponges.Ap-plying foamed materials in ceramic art has prompted artists to change their traditional creations and return to exploring ce-ramic materials themselves.This paper focuses on developing foamed materials in artistic expression,analyzing them in modeling and decoration,and exploring their potential and value in artistic creation.关键词
