基于转化导向的高校专利分类分级管理研究
Research of the Classification and Grading Management of University Patents Based on Conversion Orientation

Abstract
Universities are important sources of intellectual property and technological innovation policies in China.Universities have solid technological reserves and a large number of patents.However,the patent conversion rate of most universities in our country is relatively low.Based on the reference of overseas patent classification and grading management practices and domestic university patent management practices,this study proposes a patent management model guided by patent transformation and application,exploring patent classification and grading methods and models.By using the method of categorizing and calibrating key patents into 3 major categories and 10 types,a patent grading evaluation index system that is suitable for the actual patent management of universities is constructed.Scoring various indicators through model evaluation to determine the importance level of key patents.Provide useful exploration and reference for improving the patent management system in universities and promoting patent transfer and transformation.关键词
