Research of the Project Manager System of the National Research Foundation of Korea
摘要
Abstract
Based on information from the official website of the National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF)and relevant academic literature research,this paper systematically reviewed the construction of NRF's management personnel system,mainly focusing on the scale,structure,employment qualifications,employment methods,responsibilities,and management supervision.It also compared the rotating project manager system of basic research funding institutions such as the National Science Foundation of the United States and Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.In response to the urgent need for more professional management talents due to the continuous increase in funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China,and drawing on the experience of the construction of the rotating project manager system at NRF,this paper proposed some suggestions and inspirations,including rational planning and expansion of project manager scale,optimization of project manager employment methods,and clarification of project manager job functions and authority.关键词
