Abstract
In this paper,the polymer emulsion and glass fiber as the main components,the development of a new type of ce-ramic plate bonding interface agent,and the use of different processes to prepare ceramic plate bonding interface layer,the influence of the ceramic plate bonding strength.Powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the structural properties of ceramic tile bonding base,glass fiber and interface layer.The effects of the content of main components of interfacial agent,preparation method of interfacial layer,dosage of interfacial agent,curing time and water soaking on the tensile bonding strength of ceramic tile were discussed.The results show that the interface layer prepared by spraying,brushing and dipping has different micro-morphologies,among which the interface layer prepared by spraying has obvious fluctuation and roughness of glass fiber structure.The order of 28-day tensile bond strength is sprayed>brushed>dipped>no sprayed.Among them,the interface layer prepared by spraying method increased the tensile bond strength by 53.1%in 28 days;The ceramic tile with interfacial layer was prepared by spraying method.In a certain spraying amount,the tensile bond strength showed a trend of first increasing and then decrea-sing,and the best spraying amount was 60 g/m2.The results of water immersion experiment show that the tensile bonding strength of ceramic tiles decreases to a certain extent after water immersion.The tensile bond strength of ceramic tiles with interfacial layer decreased relatively little after immersion test.It can be seen from the above results that using the interface agent prepared in this study to prepare the interface layer of ceramic sheet can significantly improve the tensile bond strength of ceramic sheet,and the interface layer has good water stability.关键词
