Development Assessment and Driving Strategy for New Power System Industry Chains
摘要
Abstract
The construction of new power systems is the key measure to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Resilient and complete industry chains with global competency are the cornerstones supporting the construction of new power systems.The industry chains of photovoltaic,wind power,transmission and distribution equipment,and energy storage facilities are the core components supporting the construction of new power systems.Firstly,this paper conducts an overall investigation on the core industry chains of new power systems,collecting the complete information and identifying the advantages and weaknesses.After that,an industrial environment analysis on the core industry chains is performed based on Michael Porter Diamond Model,in terms of resource elements,demand conditions,related industries,electricity market mechanisms and industrial policies.Finally,combined with the construction of new power systems,a strategy on driving development of new power systems industry chains is explored,from the perspectives of technology innovation system,renewable energy market-oriented integration,data sharing of the industry chains,optimization of system resources and the guidance from the industry chain leader.关键词
