Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of positive psychological support in perioperative nursing of children with acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods A total of 78 children with acute suppurative appendicitis admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into the observation group(39 cases,received routine nursing combined with positive psychological support)and the control group(39 cases,received routine nursing)according to the random number table method.The psychological status(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),clinical indicators,parental satisfaction,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS,SDS,and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time,getting out of bed time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of parental satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive psychological support in perioperative nursing of children with acute suppurative appendicitis can regulate their adverse psychological status,relieve the pain,promote rehabilitation,reduce the occurrence of complications,and enhance parental satisfaction.关键词
