摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in postoperative nursing of children undergoing laparoscopic cryptorchidism descent and fixation surgery.Methods A total of 94 children who underwent laparoscopic cryptorchidism descent and fixation surgery in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care nursing.The anxiety levels,pain scores,incidence of postoperative complications,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the childhood anxiety sensitivity index and faces pain scale scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can effectively alleviate anxiety and pain in those of children undergoing laparoscopic cryptorchidism descent and fixation surgery,reduce postoperative complications,and help improve sleep quality.关键词
