Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of animation video education combined with medical game intervention on medical fear and comfort level of nebulization therapy in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Using the random number table method,120 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Jinan Jiyang District People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into two groups.The control group(60 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(60 cases)received animation video education combined with medical game intervention.The medical fear degree,comfort level of nebulization therapy,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self fear,medical environment fear,interpersonal relationship fear,and medical operation fear in the children medical fear scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The scores of crying,facial expression,comfort,posture,leg activity and total score in face,legs,activity,crying,consolability of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of animation video education combined with medical game intervention in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively reduce their medical fear degree,improve the comfort level of nebulization therapy and nursing satisfaction.关键词
