Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of serum asymmetric dimethyl arginine(ADMA)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in patients with gestational hypertension(GH)and the predictive value of related indexes for adverse pregnancy outcomes in GH patients. Methods A total of 300 GH patients admitted to Beijing Changping District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were included, and divided into adverse pregnancy outcome group and normal pregnancy outcome group according to pregnancy outcome. The clinical data, expression levels of ADMA and IGF-1 in the second trimester were compared between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in GH patients, and the predictive value of related indexes for pregnancy outcomes in GH patients was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results Among 300 GH patients,56 had adverse pregnancy outcomes, with an incidence of 18.67%(56/300).The blood pressure and the level of ADMA expression in the second trimester of the adverse pregnancy outcome group were higher than those in the normal pregnancy outcome group, and the level of IGF-1 expression in the second trimester of the adverse pregnancy outcome group was lower than that of the normal pregnancy outcome group(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that diastolic blood pressure,ADMA and IGF-1 were the influential factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes in GH patients(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of diastolic blood pressure,ADMA and IGF-1 to predict pregnancy outcome in GH patients were 0.640,0.791 and 0.880,respectively.Conclusion Diastolic blood pressure,ADMA and IGF-1 in the second trimester are associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes in GH patients, and have certain predictive value, among which IGF-1 has a higher predictive value.关键词
