Abstract

The evaluation of green power consumption is a significant measure to facilitate the advancement of the green energy system.However,the evaluating,tracing,and verification of green power consumption are confronted with challenges such as privacy breaches,tracing evaluation results,and verifying evaluation results.To this end,this paper introduces a supervised model for evaluating green power consumption.Firstly,a method integrating homomorphic encryption and blockchain technology for evaluating green power consumption is devised,aiming to assess green energy consumption while safeguarding the privacy of green energy consumers.Subsequently,a verification and traceability mechanism utilizing a ciphertext comparison algorithm and the tamper-resistant nature of blockchain was proposed to ensure the authenticity of evaluation results(or a green mark).Finally,supervisor can decrypt the green mark and other ciphertext information generated during the evaluation process to enable stringent oversight.To enhance traceability and verification speed,Trie data structure is employed to expedite searching on the blockchain.Experimental results demonstrate that the regulatable green power consumption evaluation model proposed in this paper can realize the traceability and identification of green power labels and the proposed model is up to 1000 times faster than the model based on hash.
