Abstract
The sealed argon blowing protective casting of the continuous casting tundish can effectively prevent the secondary oxidation of molten steel,which is of great benefit to improving the quality of the slab.This paper determines the optimal parameters of argon blowing in tundish,and forms a set of tundish sealing protective casting technology through the structural design of tundish sealing device and the devel-opment of tundish argon blowing and gas supply system.After the application of this technology,the oxy-gen content in tundish is reduced from 20%to 2.5%,the average total oxygen in tundish is reduced from 18.1ppm to 15.6ppm,and the inclusion correction rate is reduced from 0.82%to 0.35%.关键词
