摘要

Abstract

In response to the problems of high energy consumption,direct emission of flue gas,and high failure rate of directional valves in the older generation regenerative burner of the ladle roasters in Wuhan Iron and Steel Comany,in the process of ladle baking,full oxygen combustion technology is used for the transformation of traditional roasters,and has achieved significant energy-saving effects.Com-pared with the unmodified roasters,the roasters that adopts full oxygen combustion have reduced the gas consumption for baking overhaul steel ladles,cold steel ladles,and medium repair steel ladles by 75.16%,49.29%,and 62.05%respectively,flue gas volume is reduced by more than 70%,the failure rate of the ladle roaster is reduced to 0.14%.
