Abstract
The government affairs large model is deeply embedded in the digital government,effectively improving the government's governance capacity.The government affairs large model has the dual attrib-utes of tool and value,and shows prominent efficiency in the aspects of government affairs service,govern-ment affairs administration and city governance.At present,the government affairs large model still has technical problems like hallucination and computing power issues,faces security risks of data quality and leakage,making it difficult to be fully and continuously rolled out.Besides,it lacks ethical and legal norms in management.It is urgent to strengthen technological research and development and optimization of management,build a data security guarantee system,promote comprehensive,in-depth and sustain-able development,and establish a regulatory mechanism that combines rigor and flexibility.In this way,it can promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and government affairs,driving the digital gov-ernment towards an intelligent era.关键词
