安宁疗护基本服务包的构建
Construction of basic service packages for hospice care
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To design a standardized and cost-effective basic service scheme for hospice care,aiming to promote its universal and inclusive development.Methods:The study employed a policy comparison approach to consolidate the service contents and project standards of palliative care across various regions,followed by two rounds of expert consultations.Results:A basic hospice care service package that met the actual needs of Shanghai was developed.The basic hospice care service package included five categories:environment and facilities,essential equipment,medication recommendation list,human resources,and evaluation and inspection.The environment and facilities category included eight first level items:department settings,quiet and comfortable wards,air purification and temperature control,appropriate lighting,clean ward environment,safety facilities,comfortable family care areas,and pain management facilities.The essential equipment categories included four primary items:medical equipment,symptom relief equipment,palliative care equipment,and ward management equipment.The drug recommendation list included two primary categories:symptom control and palliative care.The category of human resources included two first level items:symptom control and palliative care,as well as psychological support and humanistic care.Assessment and examination included three primary items:pain control,palliative care,psychological support,and humanistic care.Conclusion:Clear and specific standards have been established aiming at the environment and facilities,necessary equipment,human resources,medicines,assessment and examination,in order to foster the standardized development of hospice care.关键词
