基于健康生态学模型的农村慢性病共病老年人社会隔离影响因素
Influencing factors analysis of social isolation in rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity based on health ecology model

Abstract
Objective:Based on the health ecology model,to explore the factors influencing social isolation in rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity,and to provide reference for the prevention of social isolation among the elderly.Methods:From February to August in 2023,1 010 rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity of 12 towns in Henan province were selected by the convenience sampling method.With the occurrence of social isolation as the dependent variable and the inclusion of independent variables,a multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of social isolation in rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity.Results:44.85%of rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity had social isolation.The results of the multivariate Logistic analysis showed that gender,age,the amount of chronic disease,self-rated health,movement function,sleep quality,depression,marital status,grandparenting,social support,family function,social participation,rural resources,medical insurance and commercial insurance were the main influencing factors of social isolation in rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity.Conclusions:The proportion of social isolation was relatively higher,and its influencing factors involved the five dimensions of health ecology theory.Therefore,corresponding intervention measures should be implemented at different levels to reduce occurence of social isolation in rural elderly with chronic disease comorbidity.关键词
