New-quality Productivity,Resource Element Allocation and High-quality Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022 as samples to empirically examine the impact and mechanism of new-quality productivity on the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.The results are shown as follows:New-quality productivity can significantly promote high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.After robust-ness tests and endogeneity treatments are carried out,the results remain robust and effective.The efficiency and structure of re-source element allocation play a mediating role in promoting high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas through new-quality productivity.The upgrading of industrial structure can positively regulate the relationship between new-quality pro-ductivity and high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.Compared with non-major grain producing areas,the new-quality productivity in major grain producing areas plays a more significant role in promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.From the perspective of each dimension of the new-quality productivity,the new-quality workers play a greater role in promoting the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
