Data Elements and Enterprise New-quality Productivity:Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Test

Abstract
Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the impact of data elements on the new-quality productivity of enterprises and its mechanism.The study finds that data ele-ments have a boosting effect on the development of new-quality productivity of enterprises,and that this conclusion still holds af-ter a series of robustness tests.Mechanism analysis shows that data elements promote the development of new-quality productivity of enterprises by promoting digital technology innovation,resource allocation novelty and industrial chain integration,and that the enterprise cooperation culture strengthens the role of data factor in promoting the new-quality productivity of enterprises.Hetero-geneity analysis shows that for enterprises with different technological endowments and enterprises in different intellectual proper-ty protection areas,the promotion effect of data factor on new-quality productivity is consistent,while in enterprises in different environment-sensitive industries,there are significant differences in the promotion effect of data factor on new quality productivity.关键词
