Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of digital narrative education combined with case-based learning teaching in the teaching of clinical nursing interns in the pediatric hematological oncology department.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns who received clinical nursing from August 2022 to August 2023 in the Department of Lymphohematology and Pediatric Oncology,Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected,according to the order of practice,all nursing interns were divided into control group and observation group,in which 30 students in the observation group were given digital narrative education combined with case-based learning teaching,and 30 students in the control group were given traditional teaching.After one month,the scores of cognitive empathy and caring ability and satisfaction of nursing students were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of cognitive empathy and caring ability between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of cognitive empathy and caring ability and satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of digital narrative education combined with case-based learning teaching is significant in the teaching of clinical nursing interns in the pediatric hematological oncology department,it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
