Consensus of Zhejiang experts on whole-process management of common malignant solid tumors with traditional Chinese medicine(2025 edition)
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing annual cancer registry data,anti-tumor therapies have evolved from chemotherapy and radiotherapy to the era of targeted and immunotherapy.Multiple factors influence survival benefits under the whole-process layout of anti-tumor manage-ment,including standardized anti-tumor treatment,the completion rate of each line of modern anti-tumor therapy,comorbidities,physical status,the toxicity of modern treatments,intolerable tumor-related symptoms,and socioeconomic factors.Based on the modern anti-tumor diagnostic and therapeutic regimens received by cancer patients,this expert consensus was drafted with the aim of leveraging the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),based on the latest evidence from evidence-based medicine,updates in treatment guidelines for various solid tumors,and the clinical experience of integrative Chinese and Western medicine experts from Zhejiang.A series of consensus recommendations for different stages of whole-process anti-tumor management are proposed,aiming to prolong survival and enhance the guidance and comprehensive intervention in the treatment of solid tumors.关键词
