摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom under multidisciplinary team(MDT)in clinical practice teaching of gynecological tumors.Methods A total of 84 interns and standardized training residents in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Wenzhou People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.These students were divided to two groups by random number table method.There were 42 students in each group.The students in the control group received traditional teaching mode,while those in the experimental group received flipped classroom under MDT.After a round of training,the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation,clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction,etc.Results There was no significant difference in the score of theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical thinking ability,clinical skill operation and total scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-directed learning ability,teamwork ability,doctor-patient communication ability,theoretical and practical connection ability,innovative practice ability,sense of active participation,satisfaction with teaching mode and teaching instructor,and learning interest in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom under MDT in clinical practice teaching of gynecological tumors is helpful to deep the understanding of clinical practice,stimulate physicians'subjective initiative,cultivate self-learning ability,and improve teaching satisfaction.This teaching model is worth promoting and applying.
