摘要
Abstract
Alternative splicing is a key gene expression regulation mechanism in the human body,playing a crucial role in normal development.Alternative splicing disorders are closely related to many diseases.SRSF3 is the smallest member of the serine/arginine-rich protein(SR)family.SRSF3 serves as a key splicing factor,participating in the development and progression of various diseases and tumors.Its dysregulation may lead to disruption of normal cell functions.This review summarizes research progress of SRSF3 in the pathogenesis of cervical and ovarian cancer,including how SRSF3 modifies the cell biological behavior of cervical cancer cells through alternative splicing and participates in the regulation of human papilloma virus transcription in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer,as well as the role of SRSF3 in staging and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer.These studies provide new directions for the study of the pathogenesis of gynecologic tumors,the discovery of related tumor markers,and the identification of therapeutic targets.关键词
