Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS).Methods A total of 88 patients with VLS in the Jiangyin No.3 People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(44 cases,carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment)and control group(44 cases,Tacrolimus Ointment)by random number table method.The scores of clinical symptoms(vulvar pruritus,dyspareunia)and signs(vulvar skin color,vulvar skin elasticity,and vulvar lesion range)before and after treatment,as well as the cure rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the scores of vulvar pruritus,pain during intercourse,vulvar skin color,vulvar skin elasticity and vulvar lesion range in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment is effective in the treatment of VLS.关键词
