足三里穴位注射新斯的明联合低频电刺激治疗产妇剖宫产术后肠麻痹的效果
Effect of Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint combined with low frequency electrical stimulation treating intestinal paralysis after cesarean section in parturients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint combined with low frequency electrical stimulation treating intestinal paralysis after cesarean section in parturients.Methods From July 2022 to June 2024,100 parturients who underwent cesarean section of the lower uterine segment in the Department of Obstetrics,the Second Nanning People's Hospital and developed intestinal paralysis after operation were collected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(50 cases,Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint)and observation group(50 cases,injection of Neostigmine at Zusanli acupoint+low frequency electrical stimulation).The scores of abdominal distension and constipation symptoms before and after treatment,the first spontaneous exhaust time,the first spontaneous defecation time after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension and constipation symptoms in each group decreased,and there was a difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the first exhaust and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of parturients with intestinal paralysis after cesarean section can restore gastrointestinal function earlier,promote exhaust and defecation,relieve abdominal distension,constipation and other gastrointestinal symptoms.关键词
