Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metoclopramide combined with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in the treatment of patients with hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods From May 2023 to April 2024,86 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum in the Department of Obstetrics of People's Hospital of Macheng City were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6,and the observation group was treated with Metoclopramide combined with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6.The electrolyte indexes,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05).There were no differences in the levels of related electrolytes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of electrolytes in the two groups were improved,and the levels of related electrolytes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoclopramide combined with Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 is effective in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum,which can regulate electrolyte indexes and improve vomiting.关键词
