Abstract
Objective To analyze the change of thyroid function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 190 pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examination in the Department of Obstetrics,Maternity and Child Health Care of Rizhao from April 2019 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to whether they had GDM,they were divided into a case group(80 cases)and a control group(110 cases).The change of thyroid function and thyroid prevalence during pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The level of thyroid stimulating hormone in the case group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of free thyroxine was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of thyroid peroxidase antibody between the two groups(P>0.05).The total number and incidence of thyroid disease in the case group and the control group were 17(21.25%)and 10(9.09%),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnant women with GDM is high.Clinical attention should be paid to the abnormal change of thyroid function in pregnant women to avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
