Abstract
Infective endocarditis(IE)during pregnancy poses significant therapeutic challenges,particularly in patients with a history of mechanical mitral valve replacement.This article reports a case of a 33-year-old pregnant woman who had been treated with mitral valve replacement for rheumatic heart disease and developed IE with secondary splenic infarction in late pregnancy.The patient had a long history of anticoagulation therapy,so the clinic required multidisciplinary management,and the patient eventually underwent a cesarean section for premature rupture of membranes.This case report aims to provide insights into the development of personalized treatment strategies and highlight the importance of close collaboration among multidisciplinary teams for managing IE in pregnant patients.关键词
