摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ear point pressing bean method combined with acupoint application on chemotherapy vomiting of breast cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with chemotherapy vomiting of breast cancer received by Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the observation group received ear point pressing bean method combined with acupoint application.The treatment effect,nausea and vomiting index evaluation scale scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of duration,frequency,and severity of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had lower scores of nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,epigastric pain,and fatigue compared to the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chemotherapy vomiting of breast cancer,ear point pressing bean method combined with acupoint application has a good effect,which can reduce the frequency and severity of nausea and vomiting,improve other related symptoms and the quality of life,and is worth promoting.关键词
