Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Budesonide nebulized inhalation therapy in pediatric pneumonia.Methods From February 2022 to January 2024,220 children with pneumonia treated in the Department of Pediatrics,Junan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 110 cases in each group.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment,while the observation group received Budesonide nebulized inhalation therapy on the basis of the control group.The lung function indicators,inflammatory factor levels,symptom resolution time,and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pediatric pneumonia with Budesonide nebulized inhalation has a good therapeutic effect,which can promote the resolution of the disease,improve the lung function of children,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and is worthy of clinical adoption.关键词
