青少年抑郁患者非自杀性自伤相关因素分析
Correlative factors of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents with depression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the associated factors of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)in adolescents with depression,so as to identify the risk of NSSI early and prevent its occurrence.Methods:This study was a case-control study,and 98 adolescent patients who visited Shantou University Mental Health Center from September 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively included.According to the diagnostic criteria of NSSI,the patients were divided into two groups:depression with NSSI group(n=66)and depression without NSSI group(n=32).The Hamilton Depression Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale-Positive Symptom Scale,Beck Hopelessness Scale,Barratt Impulsiveness Scale,Childhood Trauma Questionnaire and NSSI Behavior Rating Questionnaire were used to evaluate the clinical symptoms of the patients.Multivariate logistic regression was used to screen the related factors of NSSI behavior in adolescent patients with depression.Results:The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale-Positive Symptom Scale,Beck Hopelessness Scale,Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(unplanned impulsivity,behavioral impulsivity,cognitive impulsivity),and Child Trauma Questionnaire(emotional neglect,emotional abuse,physical neglect,and physical abuse)in the depression with NSSI group were higher than those in the depression without NSSI group(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistics regression results showed that the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale behavioral impulsivity score(OR=0.85,95%CI:0.74-0.98),Child Trauma Questionnaire emotional neglect score(OR=0.80,95%CI:0.64-0.99),and emotional abuse score(OR=0.74,95%CI:0.56-0.99)were associated with NSSI behavior in adolescents with depression.Conclusion:Behavioral impulsivity,emotional neglect,and emotional abuse may increase the risk of NSSI in adolescents with depression.关键词
