集束化护理在降低新生儿经鼻无创通气鼻部压力性损伤中的应用效果
Application effect of cluster nursing in reducing nasal pressure injury caused by non-invasive nasal ventilation in newborns
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in reducing nasal pressure injury caused by non-invasive nasal ventilation in newborns.Methods A total of 96 newborns undergoing non-invasive nasal ventilation admitted to the NICU of Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June to December 2023 were divided into the control group(48 cases,received routine intervention)and the study group(48 cases,added cluster nursing)by the method of random number table.The occurrence of pressure injuries,sleep time,and satisfaction of the families were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure injuries in the study group(2.08%)was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05).The sleep time of the study group([18.13±1.34]h/d)was shorter than that of the control group([16.13±1.33]h/d)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the families in the study group(97.92%)was higher than that in the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the risk of nasal pressure injury in newborns undergoing non-invasive nasal ventilation,prolong their sleep time,and improve the satisfaction of their families.关键词
