闭环式护理在阴沟肠杆菌感染患儿中的应用效果
Application effect of closed-loop nursing in children with Enterobacter cloacae infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of closed-loop nursing in children with Enterobacter cloacae infection.Methods Altogether 70 children with Enterobacter cloacae infection admitted to Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from January 2022 to May 2024 were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the study group received closed-loop nursing measures.The clinical relevant indicators,quality of life,and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the improvement time of clinical related indicators in the study group was shorter,quality of life in the study group increased,nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The deployment of closed-loop nursing protocols for pediatric patients suffering from Enterobacter cloacae infection yields substantial benefits.These measures enhance therapeutic outcomes,elevate the standard of life,and boost satisfaction with nursing care.关键词
