摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of unprotected midwifery nursing in natural delivery of primipara. Methods A total of 94 primiparas undergoing natural delivery received by People's Hospital of Mudan,Heze from May 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups using the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted unprotected midwifery nursing, and the reference group adopted traditional obstetric care. The amount of bleeding during delivery, the degree of pain, the length of hospital stay, postpartum complications, episiotomy, perineal lacerations, neonatal asphyxia, and labor conditions were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had less amount of bleeding during delivery, lower pain score, shorter hospital stay, and lower incidence of postpartum complications, episiotomy, perineal laceration, and neonatal asphyxia compared with the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in labor progress between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The unprotected midwifery nursing for primiparas undergoing natural delivery can reduce the amount of bleeding during delivery, alleviate pain, reduce the incidence of episiotomy, perineal laceration, and the risk of postpartum complications and neonatal asphyxia as well as shorten the recovery period, which is worth promoting.关键词
