Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of extended precision care based on Roy adaptation model on self-efficacy,mental state and self-care ability of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction.Methods From May 2022 to December 2023,88 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction in Jiaozhou Hospital,Oriental Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were selected as the study objects and grouped into two groups by random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received extended precision care based on Roy adaptation model.Self-efficacy,anxiety,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,self-efficacy score in observation group was higher than that in control group,anxiety score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,self-care ability score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction,the extended precision care based on Roy adaptation model can improve their self-efficacy,self-care ability,satisfaction with care,and psychological status.关键词
