Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods From July 2020 to December 2023,166 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Heze Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(83 cases)and experimental group(83 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing model.The levels of systolic pressure(SDP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 hours,Apgar score,the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score,total adverse pregnancy events rate,and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After 10 days of nursing,SDP level,DBP level,SAS score,SDS score,and total adverse pregnancy events rate of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score at 1 and 5 minutes after birth,WHOQOL-BREF score and nursing satisfaction rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 hours of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can control the condition,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications,improve the birth quality of newborns,effectively reduce negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
