Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychological resilience support combined with free position midwifery on labor progress and emotion of primiparous women undergoing painless delivery.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,383 primiparous women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Hanzhong Nanzheng District People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=191)was given traditional care,and the observation group(n=192)added psychological resilience support combined with free position midwifery.The labor progress,pregnancy outcomes,emotional status and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Each labor progress and the total labor progress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the three dimension scores of anxiety,depression and pressure,and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological resilience support combined with free position midwifery in primiparous women of painless delivery can shorten the labor process,improve the natural delivery rate and psychological state,and reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
