定制化饮食管理软件在糖尿病合并脑卒中患者健康管理中的研发与应用
Development and application of customized diet management software in health management for diabetic patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective:To develop a diet management software and evaluate its application effects in diabetic patients with stroke,as well as its impact on blood glucose control and dietary knowledge acquisition among these patients.Methods:A total of 100 diabetic patients with stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group,with 50 patients in each.The control group received routine nursing health education and diabetes diet guidance,while the trial group,in addition to the nursing measures of the control group,received diet guidance using the self-developed diet management software.The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(PBG),and blood pressure before and after the intervention,as well as during hospitalization,were recorded and analyzed in both groups.Additionally,the patients'mastery of dietary knowledge was assessed.Results:Baseline data showed no significant differences in blood glucose and blood pressure between the two groups.After intervention,there were no significant differences in the changes of FBG,PBG,and mean arterial pressure between the two groups.However,the trial group demonstrated significantly better outcomes than the control group in terms of the mean between-day PBG,the coefficient of variation for between-day FBG,and the coefficient of variation for between-day PBG(P<0.05).Additionally,the trial group scored significantly higher in the dietary knowledge assessment than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The self-developed dietary management software has shown positive effects in the application for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by stroke,aiding patients in better controlling their blood glucose and improving their understanding of dietary knowledge.关键词
