摘要
Abstract
Intravenous infusion is an important means of drug therapy,and intravenous infusion extravasation is also a common problem in clinical nursing work.This paper reported the nursing of a case of hand swelling caused by severe liquid extravasation in children treated with Vitamin E combined with potato.The causes of drug extravasation were analyzed from the aspects of children,nurses and drug factors,and corresponding measures were taken to avoid drug extravasation.The nursing experience of Vitamin E combined with potato in the treatment of hand swelling caused by intravenous infusion extravasation was summarized.The aim is to use a more simple and efficient method to minimize the influence of infusion extravasation on children.关键词
